PRESS RELEASE

Management Services Group Inc., doing business as Global Technical Systems,* Virginia Beach, Virginia, is awarded an $84,680,504 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract.  This contract procures one lot of ALQ-167 and ULQ-24C pods, associated hardware for pod modifications, and technical data in support of electronic attack/electronic warfare threat simulation for weapons development, test, and evaluation, fleet training, and target applications for the Department of Defense. Work will be performed in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and is expected to be completed in December 2026. No funds will be obligated at time of award; funds will be obligated on individual orders as they are issued. This contract was competitively procured as a small business set-aside; two offers were received.
